WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Great news! We accept returns. Our return options are below carefully read which return option fits your needs!

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@shopdaisypop.com. Please label your email subject with your order number and which return option you are requesting. 

 Store Credit

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a digital gift card that is valid forever and can be used on any items, during sales, and for new arrivals! Eligible store credit returns are items that can't fit, or doesn't meet your needs. 

Once your return request is accepted. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us within 3-5 business days of email request acceptance.

The store credit gift card will be emailed to the email address attached to your order within 7-10 days receiving your item back to us.

Refunds

**NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY 

Unworn items can be returned within 21 days of your order delivery date. Daisy Pop does NOT offer refunds; however, we will offer a store credit in form of a digital gift card for the amount you paid which you can use towards a future purchase. 

Please return all goods to Daisy pop within 5 business days of refund request.

You will be emailed a store credit gift card once we have received and inspected your item to confirm it is in good condition. Please wait up to 24-48 Hours for the processing and finalization of your return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange your item is to initiate a return by sending an email with your order number. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with a store credit gift card provided by us!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@shopdaisypop.comwith photos if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can mail you out a replacement asap. 

Lost Mail

Please verify that the address you provided to us is correct. If your package states delivered to the address provided but you have not received your item, please reach out to your local USPS carrier directly. If this issue cannot be resolved, please email us to file a claim with your local postal service.
